THE 2013 ORIENTATION TAILGATING SEASON IS HERE!
Take advantage of this great opportunity to showcase your RSO to incoming freshmen. This is an awesome way to recruit new members while mingling with your fellow student leaders and helping to promote the value in student involvement at KSU!

Please be reminded that the Orientation Tailgates take place mostly on Fridays. Orientation attendees are encouraged to visit the tailgate area, which is on the Campus Green in the section closest to the Buruss Building, from 11:40 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Please be aware of the following as your organization prepares to participate in this summer's tailgate(s):

***NOTE: By filling out and submitting the form below, you certify that you have reviewed and fully understood the comments listed below.***

• All organization participant(s)  must arrive between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
• All organization participant(s) must check in with the Department of Student Life upon arrival and before setting up a table.
• There are a limited amount of tables available for tailgates; therefore, all organization tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the event that your organization signs up after all tables have been reserved, your organization will be placed on a waiting list and further instructions will be sent via e-mail.
• All organization participant(s) are responsible for setting up their own table provided by the Department of Student Life no later than 11:20 a.m.
• All organization participant(s) are responsible for returning their table at the end of the tailgate.
• If your organization fails to show up on the day of your reservation date on time or without canceling your reservation prior to the tailgate, your organization will not be able to participate in the remainder of the orientations for summer 2013 and wait listed organization(s) will be given your reservation.
• All participating organizations are to represent Kennesaw State University (KSU) and we ask that each of your organization member participants showcase the best KSU spirit and pride.
• Any Student Life staff person reserves the right to remove any participant who is suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs. The use, presence, or evidence of alcohol and/or other drugs will not be tolerated. If one of your organization members are suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs, then your organization will not be able to participate in the remainder of the orientations for summer 2013 and wait listed organization(s) will be given your table.
• Any necessary cancellations, postponements, or relocation of tailgates will be announced via e-mail before the start of each tailgate date.
